Compassion, communication, cooperation, coordination and collaboration lead to completion and celebration.

Compassion for all sentient beings ensures peace, love, harmony, patience, wisdom, and bliss. We all need to give immense importance to compassion as it builds lasting and wonderful relationships. A human being sans compassion is a brute. A human being bereft of compassion may commit horrendous crimes as he would not flinch to take to violence. The handful of hooligans sans compassion is creating mayhem, devastation and holding innocent human beings to Ransom. A person having compassion enjoys euphoria, exuberance, ecstasy, exhilaration, enthusiasm, and energy. Having compassion keeps us healthy, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Next comes communication as it is vital for myriads of things. Communication is necessary for relationships which engender love, peace, progress, and bliss. All human evolution and progress have come about due to communication. Communication is the conduit to exchange of ideas, concepts, knowledge, emotions, and feelings. All the forms of government, business, sales, teaching, and sermons require effective communication. Communication can be verbal or non-verbal which is mostly body language. Body-language constitutes around 90% of all communications. Communication either make or break depending upon its context. It is said brevity is the soul of wit. Communication must be clear, crisp, and concise. Effective communication makes things easier. Chaotic communication can lead to devastation. A great leader becomes legendary and charismatic if he communicates clearly and authentically. Communication with others as well as ourselves is very vital to succeed in life. All human progress has been possible due to effective communication. Even birds, animals and insects communicate in their own way. Communication is verbal, written, and visual. Visual communication is the most effective. Mobile, internet, television and internet also play a vital role in communicating with millions of human beings.

Next comes the paramount segment; that is cooperation. Cooperation is important failing which we can hardly achieve everything. Human society progresses and prospers if there is cooperation. However, talented one person may be but he cannot achieve great things without the cooperation of other beings in the society. In every domain may it be office work, sports or any endeavor cooperation is the most important thing. Even animals, insects and birds cooperate with each other for various activities. Cooperation between parents and children, teachers and students, boss and subordinates, captains and teammates and myriad other things work wonderfully if there is cooperation. Lack of cooperation can have deleterious effect on the results. Cooperation among various classes of people bring about harmony, understanding, peace, joy, and bliss. Our body itself is a great paragon of cooperation between various parts. If there is lack of cooperation in our being there would be immense disturbance leading to pain, anxiety, and stress.

With all the above coordination is very important. Coordination is working in tandem and act like a symphony and orchestra. If there is coordination the result will be very magnificent. Like in an orchestra even if one member is out of sync there would not be music but noise. The quality of coordination decides the quality of result. If all the ingredients compassion, communication, cooperation, and coordination are blended there would be mirabilia. One would be ecstatic, euphoric, and exuberant if the result is phenomenal and breathtaking.

Once the blend of all the above succeeds one is transported to the apogee of glory leading to celebration. Celebration leads to more compassion, exalted communication leading to cooperation and ultimately to collaboration resulting in an orgy of celebrations. Celebrations boost our morale leading to more forays into new adventures. They lead to great bonhomie, camaraderie, and team spirit. The sequence is very logical and a cascading flow. Celebrations create bliss and perennial happiness. All these augurs well for burgeoning humanity. Each ingredient is vital for the organic growth. The very human existence heavily reliant on all these facets of a venture. Even a lack of one of these ingredients would spell disaster. These facets promote humanity and well-being. Every human being needs to base his purpose so also various organizations on these facets for an extravagant success. Human life would be meaningless if we lack compassion, skill to communicate, intend to cooperate and coordinate as it would be like the Titanic which met with disaster.
